NFR Grand Prix
For those wanting some competition, we run a yearly "Grand Prix" league from November to October. This competition has the effect of giving people a focus to aim their efforts towards, and is a great way to meet up with fellow runners and promote the club. Prizes are awarded to the winners at the AGM in November.
The Grand Prix 2025/26 comprises of 36 race events spread across the region and further afield, with points being awarded for competing or volunteering.
Points will be awarded to participants and volunteers as per below:

- Free Events/Parkrun - 3 Points

- * Paid Events - 6 Points
The individual with the highest points total at the end of the season will be deemed the winner and crowned Grand Prix 2025/26 winner. Runner up places will be awarded up to 10th position.
Rules
All participants in the 2025/26 Grand Prix MUST comply with each of the following requirements if they wish to receive GP points.

You must participant or volunteer at the event.

You are required to wear club clothing at each events.

Your are required to mark your attendance at each event using the Spond app.
If one or more of these rules are not met you may not be awarded points for the event.
