S&C takes place on alternate Mondays at 7pm (6:45pm arrival). It takes place at sport@gosforth which is within the Gosforth Academy building, in the Gymnasium.

Remember S&C is an essential part of any runners training regardless of your running experience or level of running. Not only does it make your stronger, fitter, more balanced, flexible and co-ordinated, it also helps you reduce risk of injury. These are coach-led sessions supported by other coaches and leaders. They will continue to be offered fortnightly with you doing your own S&C session on the weeks in between.
